We see each day as an adventure with endless opportunities to assist people who have real needs. Our primary focus is providing mission and medical services to remote villages in Papua New Guinea by operating the only floatplane in-country.
In the past, we also conducted scheduled flights to Mexico where we would provide assistance to orphans and migrant farm workers. Each year we would take approximately three hundred volunteers who are given an opportunity to serve and experience life from a whole new perspective.
Currently, in addition to our operation in Papua New Guinea, we conduct Mercy Flights in the western United States for individuals who are too ill to travel by commercial airlines or car. These flights allow us to offer a real solution to families who are in need and who are often experiencing tragedy. To support our outreach missions in remote parts around the world, we utilize the Jet Set, a compact projection system, to show community health films or The Jesus Film. We produce the Jet Set at our facility in Colorado in an effort to equip national missionaries or health workers around the globe.
There are four primary aspects of Samaritan Aviation but the theme is always the same. With the help of our supporters, we are able to address the needs of people who are easily passed by. We see it as an adventure and challenge you to join us or start your own adventure in faith.
